Do a little research, and you'll find lots more. All the incidents seem to have a few common threads.
- The cats are cut with surgical precision
- No blood around body
- Rewards offered, but no leads or suspects can be found
- Cat are usually found cut in half, both halves are carefully set as if to be found
I think that most law enforcement agencies see this as localized, and are not realizing its happening all over. Very strange, and disturbing, to say the least.
